Financial Information

We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit agency and one of sixteen Area Agency on Aging in the State of Michigan. We serve older adults and adults living with a disability in Muskegon, Oceana, and Ottawa Counties.

Funding

Many of our programs are funded by the federal Older Americans Act, Older Michiganians Act, and MI Choice Medicaid Waiver program through the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services, the ACLS Bureau, and the Muskegon County Senior Millage.

Options Counselors will also provide information on other programs such as Veterans Administration Services (VA), LifeCircles PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) and other programs that will help an older adult live safely and independently at home as well as housing options from assisted living to nursing facilities in our service area.
