Donations
Senior Resources supports unmet needs through donations and funding approved by the board of directors. The Unmet Needs fund helps those seniors who fall through the cracks of government supported assistance and whose limited incomes prohibit the purchase of much needed personal items or home repairs. This donor-supported fund assisted dozens of seniors with services including dental care, hearing aids, vision devices, bedding, furnace/water heater/appliance repairs or replacement.
Every gift helps us maintain dignity and independence for older adults and people with disabilities in our region. There are many ways to make a gift.
Make a Donation
During our almost 50 years, Senior Resources has been responding to the needs of older adults, their families, and caregivers. Donations help us touch the lives of so many people in a variety of ways.
Imagine what it would mean to have a wheel chair ramp installed to experience freedom once again, or to have dentures replaced to experience chewing without pain, or to have a Personal Emergency Response system installed to feel safe in your own home. Please take a moment to consider making a gift to Senior Resources. Your gift will be appreciated by those who you will never meet…but who will feel the impact of your caring in a very personal way! Donations can be made in many ways:

Donate through Amazon Wish List
Recent changes in funding with Medicaid insurance has left many individuals experiencing significant challenges in obtaining needed home safety items, such as grab bars, bath benches and chairs, tub transfer benches, and raised toilet seats. These items help prevent and reduce falls and safely keep people in their own homes. You can donate items to our Medical Loan Closet through our Amazon Smile wish list: https://a.co/1jwVeUJ.
Medical Equipment Donations
Donate wheelchairs, walkers, canes, adult incontinent briefs, bathing benches, etc. to the Medical Loan Closet. Learn More about the Medical Loan Closet or contact our Medical Loan Closet Coordinator at 231-733-3570.
