Senior Resources supports unmet needs through donations and funding approved by the board of directors. The Unmet Needs fund helps those seniors who fall through the cracks of government supported assistance and whose limited incomes prohibit the purchase of much needed personal items or home repairs. This donor-supported fund assisted dozens of seniors with services including dental care, hearing aids, vision devices, bedding, furnace/water heater/appliance repairs or replacement.

Every gift helps us maintain dignity and independence for older adults and people with disabilities in our region. There are many ways to make a gift.

Since 1974, Senior Resources has been responding to the needs of older adults, their families, and caregivers. Donations help us touch the lives of so many people in a variety of ways.

Imagine what it would mean to have a wheel chair ramp installed to experience freedom once again, or to have dentures replaced to experience chewing without pain, or to have a Personal Emergency Response system installed to feel safe in your own home. Please take a moment to consider making a gift to Senior Resources. Your gift will be appreciated by those who you will never meet…but who will feel the impact of your caring in a very personal way! Donations can be made in many ways:

Electronic Donation

Donations by credit card can be made by simply completing and submitting the Donation Form.

Participants in Senior Resources programs can use this form to make secure credit/debit card payments for cost sharing, Medicaid divestiture, or other payments for services.

Donate by Mail

To make a donation by check, please make your check payable to “Senior Resources” and mail to: Senior Resources, Tanglewood Park, 560 Seminole Road, Muskegon, MI 49444.

Will Designation

Remember Senior Resources when you write or review your will and consider leaving a charitable bequest.

 

Employer Donation Match

Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. Ask your employer if they participate in a matching gift program.

Community Care Closet Donations

Donate incontinent supplies (adult pull-up style diapers, wipes, gloves, blue pads, barrier creams, etc.) or liquid nutritional supplements. We give these items to people in need.  Click here for a link to our Amazon wish list.
