REQUEST FOR BIDS

Senior Resources of West Michigan, an area agency on aging, is seeking bids for the purchase of Tier III Evidence Based health programs and for caregiver education sessions, including but not limited to: Matter of Balance, Diabetes PATH, Arthritis Foundation exercises, Enhanced Fitness, & Caregiver Trainings. Senior Resources both contracts for and purchases services from over 100 local businesses and organizations to help older adults and people with disabilities live as independently as possible for as long as possible.  Our Support Coordinators can provide assessments and help arrange for services from our purchase of service partner agencies such as:

  • Home Chore Services
  • Home Modifications/Ramp Installations
  • Personal Emergency Response Systems
  • Residential Settings
  • Respite Care
  • Home Delivered Meals and More
  • Health Promotion and Caregiver Training
